"If you don't take time for your wellness, you'll be forced to treat your illness."

Whether you are looking for local agencies in The Woodlands or The Greater Houston Area in Texas, or national and international organizations to support your needs, you will find it all on the Local and National Organizations Page. Each local agency and center listed is a professional friend to AMP Therapy Center and we highly recommend their services! You will find everything from birth centers, psychological evaluations and education testing, psychiatrists, and even a local fertility yoga specialist. The national and international organizations provide information and support for moms and kids.

There are no silly questions, but there are some common ones. If you are unsure about counseling, take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions Page to see if you can find some clarification there. If for some reason, you still have a unanswered question or concern, send us an email or fill out the contact form. We would love to hear from you and support you in any way that we can. You can expect a response within 24 hours Monday through Friday. If you reach out on the weekend, we will get back to you by the end of the day Monday. I hope to hear from you soon!

Expect to find all kinds of blog posts on our Blog Page. We love to share informational, relatable, empowering, and resourceful blogs. I hope you find even just one post helpful to whatever you may be going through. Posts range from topics related to Perinatal Mental Health, Play Therapy and Child Development, Parenting, and Women's Mental Health and Wellness. If you want access to blog posts as they are published, subscribe to our email list and have them sent directly to your inbox. You can join our mailing list by entering your email at the bottom of the page. You will get access not only to blog posts, but also our newsletters, exclusive updates, and resources available only to our subscribers!

Prepared content to share as a free resource at a moms group to offer the opportunity to learn about perinatal mental health from a licensed mental health counselor certified in perinatal mental health. This will also be an opportunity to connect with other moms, share personal experiences, and learn together in a safe and judgement-free space. If you want to form a group or already have a group of moms who want to connect and learn together, this might be the perfect opportunity and topic. The Moms Connect & Learn is facilitated by Angela Pidala, lasts about an hour an a half, and can be requested to as a resource to your moms group.
