Welcome!! We are SO glad you are here. Take a pause, slow down for one second, breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth...Did you do it? Okay, now... recognize and give yourself credit for making it this far. You are strong. You are courageous. You are brave. It is beyond difficult for us as women to ask for help sometimes, and even more to accept help. We love to spend all our time and energy taking care of everyone else, and forget about ourselves sometimes. If this sounds like you so far, you're in the right place! Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, looking for a trusted referral resource, or exploring professional growth opportunities, we're glad you're here.
