Pregnant Moms Group
Who: pregnant moms in their 2nd or 3rd trimester
What: structured curriculum to learn different coping skills, increase attachment to baby, and offer supportive connection with other pregnant & soon to be moms from a perinatal therapist

Postpartum Moms Group
Who: postpartum moms up to 1 year after delivery
What: structured curriculum provided by a perinatal therapist offering opportunities to connect with other new moms, learn different ways to be emotionally healthy, and in turn how to pass on these skills to your children

Parenting Moms Group
Who: Moms of toddlers/school-aged children
What: structured curriculum to learn different parenting skills, increase attachment to child, and offer supportive connection with other moms

Perinatal Loss Moms Group
Who: Moms who have experienced a pregnancy loss, miscarriage, or stillbirth
What: safe space to process emotions, trauma, and grief while connecting with other moms of loss at the guidance of a perinatal mental health therapist
